Application Guidelines
- Inspection and Measurement: Inspect the cavity and calculate its volume in liters, adding 10-15% extra product for compaction.
- Drilling Holes: Drill holes in the middle and upper part of the partition, spaced 0.8 m apart, using a bit equal to or larger than the spray gun nozzle. Cap holes with sponges to allow air escape while retaining the product, reducing dust.
- Insulation Blowing: Start at the bottom hole, using an air compressor (minimum 200 L/min) with a Suberlev gravity spray gun or high-performance industrial machinery. Switch holes as the cavity fills, continuing until complete.
