Key Features
- 15-Year Warranty: Guaranteed durability for facades and roofs, withstanding weathering and time.
- Waterproofing: Protects against rainwater (0.05 kg/(m²·h⁰·⁵)) and prevents capillary dampness in interior and exterior plinths.
- Thermal Insulation: Thermal conductivity of 0.059 W/m·K, reduces heat flow by up to 69.15%, eliminating thermal bridges.
- Acoustic Improvement: Type E sound absorption, effective against airborne noise, impact, and reverberation.
- Elasticity and Strength: Prevents shrinkage cracks with 62-67% allowable dilation and 0.9 MPa adhesion.
- Non-Slip and Walkable: Class 3 slip resistance, suitable for pedestrian traffic.
- Asbestos Encapsulation: Prevents asbestos fiber dispersion in fiber-cement roofs.
- Customizable Finish: Washable, available in 27 colors and NCS chart upon technical consultation.
- Fire Safety: Euroclass B-s1-d0 rating.
Why Choose Natural Sprayed Cork Roofs and Facades?
With a 15-year warranty, Eco Natural Sprayed Cork is the ultimate solution for facades and roofs requiring sustainability, aesthetics, and performance. Its eco-friendly formula, with a density of 0.70 kg/L and 0.9 mm granulometry, ensures uniform application and lasting results. This coating reduces maintenance and energy costs, eliminates condensation, and protects against weathering, making it ideal for homes, commercial buildings, and renovations.
Application Guidelines
- Surface Preparation: Ensure the surface is stable, clean, dry, and dust-free. Repair degraded areas, apply Thermal Putty for defects, and Suber-Fix on powdery surfaces.
- Mixing: Mix with an industrial mixer at high speed for 3-5 minutes until homogeneous, adding up to 200 mL of clean water if needed.
- Application: Spray with a compressor (minimum 250 L/min) and Suberlev airbrush gun (5.50 mm nozzle) or Suberlev projection machines, 40-60 cm from the surface, in 2 or more coats. Allow 4-6 hours drying between coats at 20°C.
- Finish: Can be sanded, puttied, varnished, painted, plastered, or left as applied.
- Consumption: 2-2.5 kg/m² (6-10 m² per 12 kg container), equivalent to 1.30 mm thickness per kg/m² per coat.
