Application Guidelines
- Surface Preparation: Ensure the surface is firm, clean, and free of loose particles. Moisten with clean water. Plan technical joints or interruptions near downspouts, corners, or edges for large surfaces.
- Mixing: Mix 15-18 L of water per 50 L sack using a blender or planimetric mixer until a dense, homogeneous paste is achieved. Do not add water during application. Use a stainless steel trowel, scraper, and aluminum/wood profiles for corners.
- Application: Apply with a trowel or Suberlev special application machines in 3-4 cm layers. Smooth the surface after applying Thermolev ECO.
- Finishing: Apply two 2 mm layers of Flexilev fibred mortar over moist Thermolev ECO, with a 160 g/m² intermediate mesh, for a smooth, breathable finish.
- Consumption: 2-2.5 kg/m² per cm of thickness.

Storage and Precautions
Store in a cool, dry place (5-45°C) for up to 3 years in its original, sealed container, avoiding direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. For professional use only; may irritate eyes and respiratory tract. Use protective equipment and avoid skin contact. In case of eye contact, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical advice. Clean tools with water immediately; use mechanical methods for hardened residue. Available in 50 L sacks (approx. 11 kg).
