- High Elasticity: 400% breaking elongation, adapting to structural movements without cracking.
- Passable Surface: Suitable for foot traffic; apply Suberlev Passable Varnish to eliminate tack and enhance walkability.
- Chemical Resistance: High resistance to hydrolysis and alkalis, ensuring durability in outdoor conditions.
- Aesthetic Finish: Satin, transparent finish preserves the natural look of surfaces.

Why Choose Pure Acrylic Elastic Membrane?
Suberlev’s Pure Acrylic Elastic Membrane is the ideal choice for waterproofing surfaces exposed to weather, such as roofs, terraces, and facades. Its elastic and durable formula provides a reliable barrier against water, while its compatibility with diverse substrates makes it perfect for both new constructions and renovations. With a satin finish and the option to reinforce with fiber mesh, this product blends functionality with aesthetics in construction projects.
Surface Preparation
- New Concrete or Cement Surfaces:
- Allow a minimum of 28 days for material setting.
- Ensure the surface is completely clean.
- Sand polished surfaces to open pores.
- Apply Suberlev Suber-Fix primer.
- Old Surfaces (Renovations):
- Remove poorly adhered old paints; verify the stability of well-adhered paints to avoid incompatibilities.
- Ensure the surface is dry, free of dirt, mold, and moisture stains.
- Repair cracks or fissures with exterior thermal filler.
- Apply Suberlev Suber-Fix primer.
Application Guidelines
- Stir the container contents to homogenize the product.
- Apply a layer of Suberlev Suber-Fix primer and let dry for 6-8 hours.
- Apply Pure Acrylic Elastic Membrane using a brush, roller, airless sprayer, air gun, or low-pressure equipment. To reinforce, place a fiber mesh on the wet membrane, overlapping joints by 10-15 cm.
- Allow 8-12 hours of drying between coats, applying a total of 1.5-2 L/m².
- For passable surfaces, apply Suberlev Passable Varnish after 48 hours.
